Chesmar Homes Acquires 41 Lots in Whisper Valley

(Austin, TX – January 23, 2023) Chesmar Homes announced today it has acquired 41 lots in Whisper Valley, a 2,063-acre zero energy capable master-planned community in East Austin. Chesmar will offer homes on 40-foot and 50-foot homesites from the $400s. Floor plans range in size from 1,300 to 2,400 square feet with a mix of one- and two-story open concept designs.
