Bent Oak Winery

If you don’t want to stray too far from home, Bent Oak Winery in Cedar Park is located just 30 minutes away from Whisper Valley. Bent Oak Winery brings out the unique qualities of grapes sourced from Texas and California. The winery is currently pouring award-winning 2016 wines on Thursdays and Saturdays from 11am-6pm, Fridays 3pm-8pm and Sundays Noon-5 p.m. You can also schedule a private event or attend their Wine Club Releases.

Bell Springs Winery

Located in the charming town of Dripping Springs just 25 minutes from Austin, you can enjoy hand-crafted Texas wine at Bell Springs Winery. The winery and tasting room is situated on the lower part of the property with beautiful views of mature oak and cedar trees. The outdoor tasting bar is the perfect place to unwind as the weather warms up! Bell Springs Winery is open daily from 11am-6 pm.

Duchman Family Winery

“100% Texas Grapes, 100% Texas Wine” is their motto! The Duchman Family Winery was founded in 2004 and remains one of the top Hill Country winery destinations in Texas. All of the winery’s current releases can be sampled and purchased in their tasting room and the estate’s beautiful Italianate villa and grounds are open to visitors who can enjoy their wines with a picnic lunch. The winery is open 11am-8 pm Tuesday-Sunday and 12-6pm on Mondays.

Grape Creek Vineyards

This 100-acre estate is full of romantic Tuscan Villa charm and their winemaking team has won dozens of Gold and Double Gold medals from top international competitions in California. Grape Creek Winery serves its club members, but new guests are invited to tour the facility, enjoy barrel tastings and discover for themselves why Grape Creek is a wine club winery. Grape Creek Vineyards is open Monday-Friday 11am-6 pm and Sundays 11-5 pm.

Lost Maples Winery

Situated along the Sabinal River about 65 miles northwest of San Antonio, Lost Maples Winery is named after the nearby state natural area that is famous for its maple trees, making it an excellent destination for a weekend Hill Country staycation in the spring and fall!  The winery is open 1-6 pm on Wednesday-Friday, 11am-6 pm on Saturday, Noon-6 pm on Sundays and closed Monday and Tuesday.
